The Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G11 is equipped with the newest high-performance DC brushless motor with both higher speeds and longer service life. It can deliver up to 185 AW suction, which is 23% higher than the previous generation, boasting even more powerful cleaning.
With a dual-layer and multi-cone design, the vacuum cleaner fully utilizes the filter assembly's internal space to separate the invisible particulates from the air and send them to the dust compartment. This can effectively prevent the filter from clogging, keep the vacuum cleaner maintaining suction power, and help the motor work for longer.
The Interactive LCD display can provide information such as 3 suction modes, battery level, and error alerts. It helps you keep track of the vacuum cleaner's status at all times, making the vacuum cleaner even easier to use.
Thanks to its newly upgraded brush head, the vacuum cleaner can more efficiently and easily clean various types of floors in the home, including wooden flooring and carpets. The G11 is also equipped with multi-layer filtration, which allows the vacuum cleaner to effectively filter various allergens as small as 0.3 microns at a success rate of up to 99.5%.
The G11 features lithium-ion polymer battery cells with a high energy density that provides up to 60-minute of battery life and makes it easy to clean large homes. The fully upgraded lithium-ion polymer battery cells offer a much safer and more stable performance, and the long-lasting battery can free you from frequent charging.
The Xiaomi G11 vacuum cleaner also supports quick battery replacement. When the battery is run down, the replaceable battery can help you double the cleaning time instantly, so no need for waiting between a charge.
The infrared particle sensor detects the dust level and adjusts the suction power output. The vacuum cleaner can intelligently adjust its suction power via its infrared particle sensor when in Auto Mode. This way the more dust that is detected, the more suction power is applied, and vice versa. This can improve cleaning efficiency and extend the battery service life.
The Tangle-free Technology lets you say goodbye to any tangled pet hair. The roller brush is equipped with three-section blades, which automatically cuts off any hair that gets tangled on the roller brush but is safe and won't damage your floors or carpets.
The vacuum cleaner can adjust its speed based on the sensor's data in Auto Mode. When encountering surfaces that are difficult to clean like deep-pile carpets, it will automatically increase its motor speed to improve cleaning efficiency.
The G11 is also easy to clean, simply press the dust release button to pop the dust compartment out, and the dust will be emptied. Only one hand is used to handle the dust compartment, which is quite easy and keeps your hands spotless. It isn't just easy to clean but easy to store as well thanks to the 2-in-1 charging & storage mount, which can not only store the brushes and nozzles but also charge the replaceable battery.

Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Returns:
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase. The following restriction will apply for returns:
- Should an opened product be returned, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it.
- Please note that we as Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd will not accept any items back for credit or replacement if the packaging is not complete, this includes and is not limited to boxes, documentation, cables, accessories, etc
- Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
- Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund and will incur a 20% handling fee.
- Electronic license cannot be returned, therefore client need to ensure they are purchasing the correct item before concluding the transaction, if further information is required around the item, please contact us on shop@raioncx.co.za.
- All products being shipped back to Raion Connect should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked.
- Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; Raion Connect will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.
Replacements:
All products sold by Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd are covered under our 7 day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd restrictions.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Software is non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation. Where the license key is exposed on software packages we will not accept the return of these packages.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
- Delivery fees will not be refunded for returns or for collecting of faulty items
- The manufacturer warranty will not apply if the product shows evidence of:
- impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage
- dropping, mishandling, or tampering
- battery or chemical corrosion
- damage caused by connected equipment
- use contrary to the applicable instruction manual
- wrong configuration of equipment
- Unaccredited third party repairs, configuration or maintenance on equipment.
- Modification of any parts or enhancement not approved by the manufacturer
Stock availability
- We are not a stock holding company and the stock availability for some of the items shown on our eCommerce site are from lists that are imported every morning or when available from suppliers.
- Stock quantities are thus a reflection of the previous days stock count at close of business.
- Although we will try our utmost to keep stock availability up to date we cannot be held responsible if a product becomes out of stock with our suppliers but our site still shows availability.
- A lot of the products on our eCommerce site shows "Limited Availability". For these products we are not sure of the availability of stock from our suppliers and will need to revert to you are the delivery ETA.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated on the volumetric weight.
- Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays
- Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door)
- The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be returned and this will delay you receiving your goods on time.
- Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
- No deliveries to a Postal Box
- Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.
- Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our account.
- We do not deliver outside of South Africa, but you may arrange for a courier service to collect from us or an appointed collection point when the goods have been invoiced and ready for collection.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
- Raion Connect reserve the right to part ship goods on all orders to the customer and to invoice each shipment separately, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. This is to make sure that the customer receive their stock in a fast and efficient manner..
